This privacy statement provides information about the processing of personal data by Ladies Circle Norge in connection with the Ladies Circle Nordic Region Mid-Term Meeting 2027 (MTM 2027 Alta).
Ladies Circle Norge recognizes that the protection of personal data is important to its participants, partners and other data subjects and is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each data subject.
This privacy statement is addressed to you, our participants and partners, and your representatives. It explains and informs you about how personal data is processed and what rights you have.
When processing personal data, the organization complies with all legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, instructions of the competent authorities, as well as established standards and procedures to ensure that personal data is processed accurately, fairly, lawfully, transparently and securely.

The organization must process them in order to be able to fulfill its obligations towards you, including event registration, accommodation coordination, and communication. - Event registration and administration — processing is necessary for the performance of the registration agreement and fulfillment of obligations towards participants.
- Communication — responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or email. Legal basis: preparation for the performance of a contract or legitimate interest.
- Website analytics — aggregated, non-identifying analytics collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics to improve the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data processed by the organization may be shared with:
- Members of the organizing committee
- Partners necessary for the fulfillment of event services (e.g., venue, activity providers)
- Web3Forms (contact form submissions are processed via Web3Forms)
- Relevant state institutions where required by law
Contact Form
Our website provides a contact form where you can reach us. When using the contact form, you provide us with your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. This data is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. If you do not provide your contact information, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
All personal data you provide when communicating with us is used only for the purpose of responding to your message and managing communication. We undertake not to use your personal data in any publications in such a way that it is possible to identify you without your express consent.
